Update on TOEIC® Public Testing Administrations Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Due to concern for the health and safety of test takers and staff, some public test administrations for the TOEIC® program have been postponed in some countries. In each case, the decision to postpone testing has been made in coordination with country governments, test centers or other local partners.
United States and Canada
For test takers registered to take a TOEIC or TFITM public test in the United States and Canada, please call your testing location (the phone number is printed on your test admission ticket) to confirm if any changes have been made to your scheduled test date. Test takers registered for a public test in the United States or Canada may also contact TOEIC@ets.org or call +1-609-771-7170 with questions about their scheduled test date.
Outside of the United States and Canada
